The music video for “Pedicure Day” by AKB48 sub-group No Sleeves starts off with the trio sleeping together in bed, which is about as awesome as an idol music video can start.

Somehow though, it quickly manages to improve.

Kojima Haruna in a lingerie type outfit? Yes, please.

In all seriousness though, there’s about zero artistic value to this video, as it basically completely revolves around them being cute and doing stupid shit.

Now as many of you already know, I have absolutely no problem with those types of music video concepts. In fact, I rather enjoy straightforward idol music videos, because it doesn’t come off pretentious.

That being said, over four minutes of them just prancing around in slow motion shots gets old quickly and as they get ready for whatever the fuck they are doing at the end, their outfits get progressively less awesome.

I am disappoint.
