Jenny Hyun, who is a songwriter for SNSD & Chocolat and is an artist herself, recently went on a racist rampage, outing herself as a bigot and mentally unstable as well.
While the title is harsh, I assure you she deserves every bit of it after her Twitter rant laden with racism towards black people.
Yes, you read that correctly, she actually did call for the genocide of black people, which I don’t even know how to explain in words because it’s so fucking insane. Frighteningly, that’s only one of many out-of-this-world racist statements that she makes throughout the tirade.
Ironically though, she’s angry that people aren’t respectful of Asians, so suffice to say, she has difficulty understanding what actions earn respect.

Floyd Mayweather‘s tweet about Jeremy Lin.
Jeremy Lin is a good player but all the hype is because he’s Asian. Black players do what he does every night and don’t get the same praise.
So yeah, she suggested the genocide of black people because a fucking boxer who is black suggested that Jeremy Lin is getting hyped more because he’s Asian and not black.
What Floyd Mayweather said is wrong, and his dislike for Asians is well documented, going back to his racist rant against Manny Pacquiao. However, being racist back (and disturbingly so) certainly isn’t the answer.
Oddly enough, Jeremy Lin himself is an example of how you break down walls. By putting in the work, performing like a fucking bauce, and setting an example for those that follow. Not by going on Twitter and blabbing on and on about vapid bullshit like Jenny Hyun just did.
What does she think she’s accomplishing by making Asians look bad by launching into a racist tirade on Twitter and then saying she doesn’t regret her words.

Needless to say, Jenny Hyun crossed the line. She crossed the line in a gigantic way.
Worse yet, she’s a public figure. Maybe not a popular one with influence, but somebody who makes money selling music and who puts herself out there to the people at large. The fact that she felt completely comfortable expressing those thoughts, especially given her chosen career path, is disturbing.
Personally, I’m fucking disgusted by her and I feel fucking embarrassed that she attempts to speak for me as both an Asian and as an Asian American through her bigoted verbal diarrhea that she tries to prop up as logical truth telling.
It’s a complete mystery to me why anybody of any race continues to support her or employ her. To look the other way in regards to this overt display of hatred is to condone it through inaction, so I sincerely hope she has to answer for her words, specifically to the companies who employ her.
If only she took her own advice.

Floyd Mayweather is right about Jeremy Lin getting attention because he’s Asian but he’s wrong in saying that it’s undeserved. Jeremy is actually a minority and deserves to be spotlighted. It’s no different than when Tiger Woods entered the golf arena and became the first (half)African American to be so successful in what was and still is a sport dominated by Caucasians. And he’s a fool for saying Black athletes are not raved about in a similar fashion. I haven’t seen anyone who is MORE lauded than African American athletes, or American athletes in general. It may not be because of their race (and why should it be when they technically aren’t a minority since African and Caucasian Americans are the two most dominant races in the country?) but their upbringings are often highlighted to show what obstacles they’ve had to overcome, etc, etc. In Jeremy’s case, his biggest obstacle was his race. Asians generally aren’t taken seriously in the world of sports, especially not basketball. He paid his dues and now he’s being rewarded for it.
Floyd is an idiot but Jenny is the bigger nincompoop because she set about to make herself look superior but totally defeated herself by going on this tirade in PUBLIC. Book sense she may have, I don’t know, but clearly she’s lacking in the common sense area. I can’t help but feel sorry for her to be honest. But not that sorry because disrespecting the dead is seriously despicable. She can say that now but I’m sure if any US artists gave her the time of day she’d kiss their asses and grovel at their feet.
Sadly, this probably won’t affect her career as a songwriter because SM doesn’t really give a crap when their people do wrong so long as they continue to deliver, or in her case, to churn out the same nonsensical, reproduced drivel that they’ve been selling to fans the past couple of years.

I remember waking up this morning and seeing Jeremy Lin being talked about in every news channel. I’m not a huge basketball fan but his story is such inspiration to everyone who was told many times they can’t be someone. I also think this won’t cause her major loss to her career in Korea but she might get some backlash over here, that’s if people even know who she is.
The funny thing is that both Jenny and Floyd don’t know that they’re in the same boat, when it comes to being discriminated.

I am just curious on what makes you think Black say racist things about Asians often? I think it’s crazy for any minority race to be racist and think that they are above another race. I actually came upon this site after I clicked on a link concerning this Jenny Hyun character. I believe I heard about the incident much later than everyone else so I became sort of intrigued by who she was and what her now non-existent fan base was like. Unfortunately for my own curiosity I wasn’t able to do such a thing since it appears most people have stopped supporting her and that may not be such a terrible thing.
I just wanted to say that I was disgusted by what Floyd tweeted for a few reasons. One reason was it showed me that he clearly hadn’t learned from when he tweeted racist comments about Pacquiao. Another reason was I am a supporter of Jeremy Lin because I am a Knick fan and I am aware of the tough road he has been on. The biggest reason I was disgusted is because Floyd had to go on throw in the whole “black players don’t get praise thing” and as a black man I was stricken with sadness, anger and frustration because even if he doesn’t speak for everyone it still makes us look bad as a whole because he made it into a race issue. To me it almost seems like he declared war on another race and that ultimately has had a major negative backlash and it hurt both sides.
I at least use enough of my brain to know that this woman doesn’t speak for everyone asian, but I just can’t ignore the fact that she is bat shit crazy. I’m actually kind of feeling sorry for this woman because it seems to me that she never had the pleasure of meeting any black people like me.
