JYJ fans allegedly find evidence to exonerate Yoochun, but is it enough?

The video and pictures from 2009 that supposedly show JYJ‘s Yoochun physically assaulting a female fan quickly became a hot topic, and though the consensus seemed to be that it was him (even JYJ fans were telling me it was), there is a story being circulated that purports to show the idol’s innocence in the matter.

Posted up by Twitter user @dlwpdldhkdlwp (no idea if this person translated it or whatever, just taking what I was tipped), it goes on to say:

Rumor of JYJ Park Yoochun hitting Saseng* is lie!

*Saseng is a person who stalks celebrities and call oneself as a ‘fan.’ Neither celebrities nor other normal fans consider Saseng as a fan.

(There might be many grammatical and spelling mistakes)

(1)The announcement from the site where the rumor was first posted.

Link of picture of the announcement: http://yfrog.com/z/h3skjvbj

The following is the translation of the announcement:

[The video related to JYJ, which was posted earlier today, turned out to be NOT true.]

Correct me if I’m wrong because it’s a wall of text, but unless my eyes are going, nothing in the picture actually says word for word what’s in the brackets (that JYJ’s Yoochun is innocent).

“The witness, who witnessed that it was not the Celebrity that people assume with the video, posted an article on another site*. The Celebrity was already upstairs and not shown while the person in the video was one who was standing at the place continuously. One of members of our website captured the article and sent it to me; and I have already confirmed it. Thus, all the references, which were posted earlier, are all lying rumors.

Because the rumor was confirmed as a lie, all the members who requested for sharing the reference and replied as if it were true saying ‘yeah, it is true lol’ and etc. will be dropped out from the site.

I prohibited posting replying articles in order to minimize harmful damage by spreading rumours and I have already announced before to be careful when writing because one will be kicked out from the site if the rumour would be confirmed as a lie.

I am disappointed that some people misunderstood; however, I understand my situation and it is okay for me. But, why should over 300 people get hurt due to the lie someone has posted?

I was afraid that innocent people might get kicked out if I allowed posting replying articles and I told to refrain from writing rumors and I would delete them without announcement.

I know you would feel suffocated because you could not prove the rumor was lie. Why would I not know it? I was afraid of the situation more innocent people would be hurt and I already told the notice was not for myself.

I would like to apologize for the fact that I could not stop and react quickly to the situation.
I do not think I can post the list of people who would be kicked out from the site today. I will post another notice related to the drop-out list tomorrow.

I would like to apologize once again and I hope this would not happen again.

*Because the site does not allow sharing I cannot show the capture of the article. Please know that the article only contains the truth and I apologize for the delay of handling the situation.
I apologize I could not mediate the situation quickly.”

(2)The first person who posted rumor is a subscriber of fan sites of UknowYunho and MaxChangmin who was born in 93’.

Okay, basically the picture is of an apology letter from the admin of the site or cafe. It’s not meant so much to exonerate anybody as it is to save that person’s ass. It’s saying that the admin is sorry that they didn’t react quicker and that they didn’t do a better job of moderating stuff.

The admin mentions that the celebrity that had been standing at the door the whole time had already gone up (meaning the celebrity didn’t assault the fan), and it doesn’t take much deductive reasoning to say that the celebrity in question was JYJ’s Yoochun.

So that’s that, right? Another false rumor put to bed. Well…not quite.

While it’s obviously currently being used as a method to clear his name, the admin is clearly pressed and makes an effort to not name the celebrity, so it seems to me that the admin is more interested in staying out of the mess altogether and doesn’t want to risk getting his or her life ruined by netizens.

As such, nothing in that message exonerates him or condemns him, in my opinion.

I know JYJ fans want to proclaim Yoochun innocent based on this letter, I get it, but the admin is more concerned with protecting his or her own ass than the truth, and the physical evidence would add up to an awful big coincidence.

—–

1) Yoochun and the guy by the stairs both have the same clothes on.

2) Yoochun and the guy by the stairs are both standing at the top of the staircase near the door.

3) Yoochun and the guy by the stairs both have the same haircut.

4) Yoochun and the guy by the stairs both have the same facial structure.

5) In the video and in the stills, Jaejoong is wearing the same clothes, suggesting the pictures weren’t from a different time, but that specific time of the video.

6) In the video and in the stills, Jaejoong has a fan in green to his left that stands out. It would have to be a coincidence of epic proportions if they took the exact same path in the exact same crowd on different times of the day, once with Yoochun by the door presumably doing nothing to the fan and once with a lookalike there hitting the fan on the head.

—–

All the physical evidence still leads me to believe it’s Yoochun, unless you want to argue that the guy in these pictures is not Yoochun…

…which I think would be a bit ridiculous.

—–

Look, I’m certainly not out to get him, and I think my past coverage of the trio shows that, but if you put a gun to my head, I wouldn’t have much hesitation in saying that I think it’s JYJ’s Yoochun hitting the fan.

Sorry to any JYJ fans out there, but that’s the most logical conclusion at the moment.

Again, I’d like something official to come out of this instead of speculating and having fans or antis trying to dig through the garbage to war with each other.

=====

Thanks to everybody who sent this in.

OK..I think I can finally make a conclusion of what happened in Yoochun’s case..this is what I think..Firstly, I’m a hardcore YC’s fan and I’m not going to deny, that guy actually really 90% looks like YC -_- if you watch the video closely..a girl in white shirt seems to be doing smething to YC & his hand like trying to get/move something? from her. The girl in black shirt walking from behind..just walking calmly..but YC trying to snatch? take? something from the girl in white shirt..YC’s hand move too fast and it accidentally hit the girl in the black shirt head. *ouch T.T* That’s why it seems like YC’s caressing her head afterwards..not tugging her hair -_- Please re watch the video and see what I’m saying can be considered right or not. I think it really was like that O.o the issue was not brought up before cause I think there’s really no issue after all..even in Korean fandom there’s totally no issue about this. I think some YC/JYJ’s haters international fandom were really having some jealousy problem with YC -_-

It’s quite the clean hit for an accident. It was hard too.

People were saying that it was suppressed for so long because the fandom didn’t want it to get out.

YC should hire Casey Anthony’s lawyer just in case.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=%C2%ADplayer_embedded&v=3Y9VXUgMON0 <- This was posted in the first article about this subject and I couldn't help but notice the date of the fancam. It's from September 2011. Seeing from the gif how this shit is serious, why would it draw attention now? Obviously people should have noticed it sooner.

As much as I want to deny it, it's Yoochun, plain obvious. I'm just gonna sit back for now until some speaks out or more evidence is given. CJES didn't let that sextape rumor go far, I doubt they'll let rumors of Yoochun being a woman beater just pass like it's nothing.

As always the victim gets blamed for the abuse. Like she deserved it or even provoked him, seriously? What the fuck, this is not “normal’ you stupid fans. A man does NOT hit a woman under any circumstances, period.

Yeah, they are trying to find reasons for why he might have done it.
