New video of JYJ’s Yoochun allegedly hitting a female fan emerges, doesn’t look good for him

Netizen investigation into accusations that JYJ‘s Yoochun hit a female fan back in 2009 came up with further evidence to provide the court of public opinion, and it seems that the further this goes unaddressed, the worse it looks for him.

I’m like 99.999% sure it’s him now.

Worse yet, since the last video got cut off, we couldn’t see whether he was trying to console the fan after hitting her or if he was trying to yank her hair, but it’s quite apparent now that he was pissed at her, as he goes in for yet another hit while she’s holding her head.

Not a pleasant sight, honestly.

Geez man. He should just leave for the military.

Apparently this stuff happens frequently in the K-pop sphere. I wonder how much fans are hiding…

    • IATFB 02/16/2012 at 8:41 PM -

      Probably a lot.

the more important question is: when’s the sex tape coming out

  4. sweetie 02/16/2012 at 7:15 PM -

It’s irrelevant when it happened. Does it make it any less wrong? No. Case closed.

      —–

JYJ fans allege that she explained the situation, but that was their excuse before this specific video came out. Since then, there has been no plausible denial that I’ve seen.

      —–

Why didn’t the Korean media cover it before? Who knows? The rumor was that it was suppressed prior to now. Regardless, it’s not my place to read the minds of media outlets, especially ones that have a history of being terrible at their jobs.

      —–

In none of this did you actually say whether you can deny that it’s Yoochun in the video, why is that?

Write all the text you want, but the physical evidence so far overwhelmingly points in one direction. You can either handle it like a mature adult fan or continue to blame bloggers for it, but it doesn’t change the fact that the information, videos, and pictures would be out there with or without us.

      • sweetie 02/16/2012 at 8:02 PM -

actually its not suppressed. its become a big issue in 2009 until the fan come to explain what happen. its up to u what u want to believe its ur right. i didnt want to force u to believe what i said either. just want to give some info what the krn netizens know. and i know people have their own freedom what to believe.

        • IATFB 02/16/2012 at 8:05 PM -

All I want to know is whether you can watch the video I posted above and seriously believe that’s a look-alike and not him.

        • mochi 02/28/2012 at 1:33 PM -

She could lie to protect Yoochun and defend his reputation even if he really did hit her. I mean it’s obvious you can see the vid that something happened. I wouldn’t put it past some fangirls. Alot of times when idols say or do something bad, some fangirls still say “oppas didn’t mean it!”

    • IATFB 02/16/2012 at 7:59 PM -

The irony in all of this is that many JYJ fans found this site because I came out strong against JTBC for framing Yoochun in that sex tape scandal, but now that my opinion doesn’t jive with their views, I’m supposed to shut my mouth.

      Yeah…no.

      • sweetie 02/16/2012 at 8:08 PM -

errrrr… sorry if u think im trying to shut ur mouth… its ur site. i respect that.. n its ur opinion n i respect that… as a reader i just want to give my opinion too.. dont know that im wrong to post that explaination…

        • IATFB 02/16/2012 at 8:43 PM -

          Apologies.

Wasn’t meant specifically for you, just having JYJ fans on Twitter arguing with me about posting it, and I thought you were one of them.

        • sweetie 02/16/2012 at 9:14 PM -

im one of JYJ fans too but im not trying to fight w u. XD i wonder why that fan does not sue him since she got the evidence. if me eventhough i like him, i’ll be super mad. but isnt it ironic most of the videos reuploaded always end after it shows yoochun hits the fan.. its like watching the ending of cinderella story n we assumed they live happily ever after. but do they really live happily after married? ^.~ yesterday i heard some anti’s send this video to kmedias. so im waiting to see whether the kmedias reporting this soon. thus we can get clear explaination about it. well i guess next week there will be another videos of him surfaced again w another headlines. kekeke~

        • IATFB 02/16/2012 at 10:35 PM -

Well if she’s a hardcore Yoochun fan, I doubt she would press charges or file a lawsuit.

  5. contagious 02/16/2012 at 8:41 PM -

I’m not very fond of Korean fans but this is just disgusting and I’m shocked at how no one seemed to stop him, while he’s hitting her yet again. This just breaks my heart since I sort of liked their music =(

    • IATFB 02/16/2012 at 8:44 PM -

Well you can still like the music. :o

      • contagious 02/16/2012 at 9:03 PM -

Nah I rather listen to Chris Brown. At least he has a Grammy.

  6. NanaFTW 02/16/2012 at 10:19 PM -

No offense to JYJ fans, but regardless of what is written, I don’t see how it’s possible to deny the videos.

@IATFB “It’s irrelevant when it happened. Does it make it any less wrong? No. Case closed.”

    Preach!

That’s what I try to tell people that don’t bring up Sean Penn”s abusive past, ‘it happened in the 80s’ well he is still a woman beater.

I remember the vid of some group’s manager,i think it was either ft island or cnblue, hitting the sherbet’s out of a fan and people didnt try to mob justice the dude.

I wonder what women who get beat by their husbands in SK go through when they report domestic violence to the police and people?Probably get asked what they did to make their husbands angry.SMH

    • IATFB 02/16/2012 at 10:36 PM -

That one was way worse than this. That manager went ape shit on that girl. It was like a prolonged assault in broad daylight.

      Shit.

    • pominitslut 02/17/2012 at 3:23 AM -

I think you’re talking about the CN Blue manager. And well Shinee’s manager has hit a lot of fans too… Come to think of it, no one really did anything about it.

      • liley 02/17/2012 at 4:34 AM -

Bitches that are too enthused shall be handled by manager and idol oppa :)

  8. AIYA! TUC 02/17/2012 at 2:44 AM -

If this thing blew up back in 2009, then home-girl probably got a huge payout to “explain” the situation. Heck, I would have taken the money, too. What’s-his-face still looks like an asshole AND I’m rich. Win-win.

  9. liley 02/17/2012 at 4:28 AM -

Just skimmed through this long ass twitter post and the person who wrote it says, that the reason this didnt get attention, not even from the fanclub,is because the person who got hit or the person who was recording when the slapping was going down was a sasaeng fan. Or some shit.

    • IATFB 02/18/2012 at 5:57 AM -

Those fans creep me out, but still…

  10. Yusenkio 02/17/2012 at 2:22 PM -

    This won’t do

Most fans will be saying it wans’t him even if they see it HD in a cinema screen or say it was the fan fault

The antis will say that he is a moster that beat the fan for no reason, kick her in the face, rape her and probably kill her in her sleep

I am a HUGE fan, I love their music (especially the one he composes) but as much as I love him that won’t make hit a woman right, sadly in Korea men hitting woman like that is pretty normal is just big deal when involves someone famous

    • IATFB 02/18/2012 at 5:59 AM -

People are sending me slow motion, high contrast videos now to say that he hit her because she tried to hit him.

    she probably deserved it.

  14. NanaFTW 02/18/2012 at 6:12 AM -

Apparently the latest excuse is that she hit him?

    • IATFB 02/18/2012 at 2:49 PM -

      I heard that excuse yesterday.

I slowed it down frame by frame and what they are seeing is his hand going up.

Whatever though, fans will believe what they want to believe.

First it was all a lie. Then it wasn’t him because of a message posted online. Then it was just an accident. Then it wasn’t him because the video was blurry. Now it’s because she hit him.

Find it ironic that they can claim it’s too blurry to tell it’s him on two different occasions, but absolutely know that was her arm hitting him.

I like JYJ, but I dunno.

  15. sereniki82 02/18/2012 at 7:48 AM -

My dears you can argue here how many time you want but if I was in the place of Yoochun I have do the same. Maybe worse. Last year I was in Korea for the first time and one of my friends give me a ticket for JYJ concert. It was the first time when they have a concert in Seoul as a group JYJ. I was shoked about fans behavior. I understand that Asiatic fans behave like crazy people. Excuse me, but is right and I have to say it. I have had nightmare 3 days after that concert. Also I have heard that there are many person who like a crazy follow poor boys everywhere and every time. This is normal??? To run after them and not to allow to have private live? They want to have girlfriends, family, but think how big is risk for a girl to date with them, because of this crazy and stupid fan. I’m not anybody fan I ‘m just a listener of music and really accuse people who don’t have their live, but just live with other live and behave like dependent and crazy people.

    • pominitslut 02/18/2012 at 8:40 AM -

But really though, most celebrities have fans that follow them around everywhere and even swarm outside their homes/dorms/apartments. JYJ or Asian fans are not isolated cases and if your argument is”she had it coming” yeah she might have but physical violence is still violence.

And lmao of course the crowd at that concert would be crazy, it’s JYJ, they’re famous, it’s their first concert and it’s a fucking concert.

      • IATFB 02/18/2012 at 8:01 PM -

As do athletes and any type of public figure.

      • sereniki82 02/18/2012 at 11:59 PM -

it’s not about crowded or not. I have seen more crowded concert. At Vitas concert it was about 50.000 in the same time, but people behave like normal people. Tell better that is a problem in a culture and in age of fans. I have one question. It just coming in my head. All of this girls, because I have seen just girls with hungry eyes, will run after them and after their marriage? Or many of them will try to kill or scary their future girlfriend not to married them?

        • IATFB 02/19/2012 at 12:24 AM -

They will probably hate whoever they are dating.

    • IATFB 02/18/2012 at 8:00 PM -

Lots of people do it without physical violence.

Honestly don’t enjoy victim blaming, in general.

      • sereniki82 02/19/2012 at 12:30 AM -

Victim? Let me tel you something. According a Criminal code of many country even in sexual offences there are victims who instigate the criminal, so this deserve as a reduction of punishment. In many cases and liberation of liability.

        • IATFB 02/19/2012 at 4:57 AM -

Talking about the societal concept, not the law.

  16. MianLeigh 02/18/2012 at 1:21 PM -

I have been coming to this site for a while now and not once have I had the urge to leave a response, until now. The reason for that is because you seem to be the only source of Asian media outlet that is covering this incident. I am appalled how this incident seems minute. As if it should swept under the rug and never mentioned again.

The responses from fans is amazing to me. To those defending and those accusing. Consider me the latter out of the two. I spent two days reviewing the video footage, still shots as well as the photos. And I have come to the conclusion (yes you delusional fans) that Yoochun did indeed slap and pull a female hair.

Is there any excuse that can explain why this happen? The answer to me is no there isn’t. If this lady didn’t have a weapon to cause bodily harm to Yoochun. He under no circumstances should of raised his hand to hit her. I get a lot of people are saying that gender equality this and that shit. But lets face it, when it comes to a physical fit man hitting on a woman that he can over power by one hit. Gender equality does not apply. If this was some sort of accident (which is one excuse fans are saying) should he of have apologized? He did not instead he blatantly counting walking and turned around and pushed the woman arm. If she hit him first (another excuse fans are saying) should he of have restrained her hands? He did not, instead he slapped the shit out of her and pulled her hair.

We all know that most of JYJ fans are women. And for any woman to make an excuse for a man hitting a woman is pitiful and disgraceful to women in general. I am a JYJ fan and in no way am I an anti. But before I am fan I am a woman with pride and dignity. No sexy voice, nice body or fame will ever make me put this part of me second.

    • IATFB 02/18/2012 at 8:24 PM -

Actually, you have a point there. Even if she did hit him, it was still sort of fucked up.

    • sereniki82 02/19/2012 at 12:24 AM -

Gender equality? hahaha I’m working as a lawyer. And I tell you something. Everyday I had to see just abuses and inequality. But you people, you raising them at status of the God allow them to behave like this. ( I mean stars) I come on this site accidentally, and accidentally I have seen this post. But many people 24 for 24 bow before them. Instead to live their live live with live of their idol-stars. Disgusting. Personally if I would be a boy I’ll not to want ho have any relationship with a person who is obsessed with a star-man like this.

  17. bamd 02/18/2012 at 4:12 PM -

I am NOT in anyway saying that violence is ok, but everybody has a limit.

If he hit this girl for no good reason, then f**k Park Yoo Chun. He’s my favourite celeb and has been for years, but if that was the case, f**k him.

On the other hand, these people hanging around their apartment buildings are saseang fans, and they bring a LOT of stress to singers with their obsessive stalking (to put it lightly), and anyone is bound to lash out at some point (just maybe not at a person), we’re all human.

I’m saying this as a person who grew up around violence, alcohol and drugs from the day I was born; I know just how devastating any sort of abuse is. Although I’m no longer in that situation, it’s had a massive effect on my life and still does today, but it’s also given me a better understanding of it.

There are times when people will lash out, and violence isn’t always black and white. I know and understand that people will argue with me on this, but I can only give you my own personal first hand experience. Although violence IS wrong, there are times I feel that (while certainly not right) it is understandable.

I want Yoo Chun to TRUTHFULLY explain his actions (it’d be good if the girl did as well, as although I’m not sure from the video, she may have hit him first, and forget it just being bad a man hitting a woman, it’s BOTH way rounds – I’ve seen both, and let me tell you, it’s just as damaging to a man as it is a woman). If there is a reasonable explanation, then I’d be disappointed in him, but I personally would let it go. If he can’t give a good reason, then like I said, f**k him. I’ll get rid of all my Yoo Chun fan stuff and never bother with him again. I may be a fan, but I will NEVER excuse mindless violence, and those that do are an insult to the people who have to live with it as I did throughout my childhood.

These are my personal thoughts on the matter, I’m not asking anyone to make it theirs.

    • IATFB 02/18/2012 at 9:09 PM -

Well that’s the thing, it doesn’t seem like we are going to be getting any type of answer.

  18. sereniki82 02/18/2012 at 11:51 PM -

Let me tell you something. Everyday there in Asia and around the world there are violence more damaging as this. And there are many incident that are subject to be discussed in trial court, but in one of the two cases violator of the human rights escape from punishment. And you here discuss about just slapping. You don’t know anything about circumstances of this case. And believe me if this girls was innocent she complained then in 2009, especially because then was that case in trial court JYJ vs SM. Believe me this incident then was a real weapon against JYJ, but the main question why she didn’t complain then?
And the second. People who push you to run after them, chasing, idolizing and other stupid things. They just normal people, and what they do it’s just a work, like other work. Nobody run after doctors who save everyday people live, after policemen who protect you, etc. You like Jewish people in desert male idols. And now idols made by you are blamed by you. Have please about them a normal attitude, because they all people with ups and down, like other people. you should behave like a listener of their music, going at the concert, pay for CD and that’s all. This is just a business. They offer their services to entertain you all, and you pay for them. And that’s all. No more. Mo chasing, no stalking, no running after them even at WC. Obsession from psychiatric point of view it’s not a good sign.

    • IATFB 02/18/2012 at 11:56 PM -

So because other people do worse and get away unpunished it’s okay for him to hit a fan? No. It’s all wrong. Arguing that others have done worse is not an effective excuse for wrongdoing.

I don’t get into her motivations for anything because I don’t blame the victim.

Actually, they aren’t normal people, they are public figures. They reap the benefits of fame for their talents and if they do wrong it bites them.

      • sereniki82 02/19/2012 at 12:03 AM -

Of course it’s idol for you and others. So why that girl don’t complain then in 2009? Me personally don’t like stars, especially those who are think that they a God on the Earth. And I want every body to receive what they deserve. Why?

        • IATFB 02/19/2012 at 12:25 AM -

I don’t know why she didn’t complain. Maybe she did and we didn’t hear about it. I can’t speculate on that.

        • sereniki82 02/19/2012 at 12:34 AM -

Of course. SM was very happy to have such a prove in their case. It was a case with huge amount of money. And I become interested in these boys just prom professional point of view, as a lawyer. I mean I was interested to see the final of the case. So believe where is involved money, things can be let up like this.

  19. sereniki82 02/19/2012 at 12:45 AM -

Ok. To be here it was like to recreate yourself after a a hard week. So it’s enough. I just expose my opinion. Tomorrow is a working day so I don’t have time to waste in vain. By the way if all of you are so good advocate in human rights may be you can help people who really are in need, instead to make polemics here?
How I see there are many people who are working 20 from 24 because they don’t have other solution to survive, but others waste their time on stars and other stupid things.

    • IATFB 02/19/2012 at 4:59 AM -

here is proof that it was the girl that was trying to slap him and all he did was to grab her elbow just after the girl raised her hand. Because everything happened really quickly, it is not difficult to mistake the girl’s hand for Yoochun’s. The slowed down video can be easily found on youtube. when the sound of the slapping , react from the camera late few seconds that why you only see YC hand . this vid you can see the slap make YC face turn left and his hand up try to lock. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v
