Wonder Girls‘ Yubin was invited to throw out a first pitch recently, and in light of SNSD‘s Jessica‘s gigantic dumpster fire of an attempt, I thought it would be interesting to see how Yubin did.
Well?
Not only did she reach the catcher’s mitt on the fly, she gave the batter standing in the box some sweet chin music to remember her by.

AKP posted a similar title saying it was better than Jessica’s as well. At first I was like, “they are trying to start a fanwar to get more views” (they did) but then I thought to myself “who in the world would disagree with that statement anyways”. Lo & behold, all the top commenters are saying Jessica’s pitch was better b/c it was cute and she showed the ground who was boss. Ppl r fucking stupid.
It seems like anything a girl from SNSD does no matter how wrong or stupid is cute, unique, or special, and that makes them better than your average girl group member.
But Jessica’s pitch helped spread the Hallyu wave, guys!
It was mentioned on American television by the great Tony Kornheiser of internationally-famous ESPN! He even wished her happy birthday!
