[Review] [Music Video] Dal Shabet – Mr. Bang Bang

Wow. So many confusing/funny things in one music video that I don’t know where to begin.

Dal Shabet‘s music video for “Mr. Bang Bang” was certainly expected in a way, as it mirrors a previous effort, “Hit U“. Based on the trends of these two music videos, the group concept is apparently guns and crime, which is quite odd for idols.

“Hey kids, if you want to be pretty and cute, go buy a gun and commit violent crimes!”

“YAYYYYYYYYYYYYY!”

Seriously though, I don’t understand how idols get shamed for popping their booty and showing midriff, but apparently there’s no problem with walking into a bank with an assault rifle and pointing it at anybody they want. The fuck?

Anyway, so Dal Shabet stroll into the bank with their guns, which, for whatever reason, doesn’t appear to draw the attention of anybody until one girl fires her pistol into the ceiling.

Then they start going after the money, which makes sense … except they then break out into synchronized dance moves.

All is well and good until the cops show up, but it’s not what you think. Dal Shabet shrug their shoulders and throw the money they stole up in the air as if they never wanted it in the first place (YOU COULD HAVE ESCAPED IF YOU DIDN’T START DANCING, YOU DUMB BITCHES!). Amazingly, the cops don’t give a shit about the fact that robbers just pointed guns at them and instead choose to go after the money, which is odd, because if the cops really didn’t give a shit about being put in pound-me-in-the-ass prison along with the robbers, why wouldn’t they try and fuck Dal Shabet instead? Duh.

Speaking of that, the best part about “Mr. Bang Bang” is that it makes me want to bang bang Dal Shabet.

For whatever reason, they wear skimpy fucking outfits to rob a bank, which is just fine with me. Plus, there’s even the insinuation that they jerk off the cops to get out of trouble.

I call it the “Jerk Off Dance“. Hope it spreads like an STD.

So in the end, the moral of the music video appears to be that you can get away with anything as long as you are sexy and/or have money, because then people won’t care what wrongs you’ve done and will love you no matter what.

HOW’S THAT FOR A REALISTIC LESSON, KIDDOS?!
