SNSD‘s Seohyun‘s birthday is this week (June 28th), and she celebrated it yesterday the only way an Empress knows how – among true royalty.
All but a handful of SM Entertainment idols were present for this week’s festivities, one of whom was surprisingly Super Junior‘s Heechul, who is in the middle of his fabulous military service of sucking cock probably. Obviously, the Empress takes precedence over domestic duties.
Others present included TVXQ, other Super Junior peeps, f(x), SNSD, and 2AM‘s Jinwoon. HOE CHECK.
But UGH, apparently paper-bag-it sex-toy Eunhyuk live-tweeted the memorable event, saying stupid shit like how ‘awkward’ it was:
“We’re drinking juice … Suffocating awkwardness … (30 minutes later) … Kyuhyun arrived! Still kind of a weird combination. We tried to make it look like a bright environment.”

I always wonder if Heechul is truly in the army. He’s out probably every week.
he was in a bad accident awhile ago so he’s only on public service duty and gets to go out after a certain time i think
Public service duty is like a 9-5 desk job where they can go home every day like normal workers. So technically, other than the 1st few weeks of training, he was never really confined in camp and basically roamed around like a normal citizen with a military job.
The only thing he’s not allowed to do are commercial gigs.

i’m not too sure about the movie and video, but i do seem to recall him showing up in video form in some of the SJ concerts a few months back. i guess the under-rule is that limited promotions are allowed as long as there’s no monetary gains?
