2PM’s Nichkhun plows into guy on motorcyle while driving drunk, no excuses should be made

2PM‘s Nichkhun recently hit a motorcylist with his car while driving drunk. JYP Entertainment, his agency, has apologized for his actions, but the victim is allegedly still hospitalized with injuries.

Excuses will inevitably be made for Nichkhun, and fans will come to his defense, but they shouldn’t, because there are no excuses and there is nothing to defend.

On July 24th at 3:30AM KST, Nichkhun was involved in a car accident while driving in Gangnam. The singer was allegedly under the influence of alcohol when he rear-ended a motorcycle.

His blood alcohol level was measured at 0.056%, a percentage where he will be subjected to his license becoming suspended.

An official from Gangnam’s police station informed Dispatch over the telephone July 24th, “After measuring his alcohol content at the site [of the incident], it was concluded that [Nichkhun] was not severely intoxicated. Immediately after the accident, [Nichkhun] and the victim were investigated by the police.”

No one was injured at the scene, and there was no serious damage to either vehicle. The police station official continued, “It was a small accident and neither Nichkhun nor the victim were injured. Both vehicles were insured, and Nichkhun has taken measures to safely return home following his investigation.”

Uh wow.

Of all the stupid things that fans criticize celebrities for, here is something that’s actually worth getting on them about. But, of course, since he’s a popular idol, there will be arguments over the morality of this as if it’s some type of ambiguous issue when it’s fucking not. At all.

Also, just like with Big Bang‘s Daesung‘s accident, fans shouldn’t give a fuck about how Nichkhun is doing. Who cares? It’s not about him, it’s about the guy he fucking trucked with his car while drunk. That guy is the victim, not the celebrity who justly gets backlash for making a shitty ass choice.

“This is JYP Entertainment. Around 2:30AM this morning, Nichkhun who is an artist under our agency had attended a dinner with the entire JYP family present, following a rehearsal for a JYP performance. After having about two glasses of beer, Nichkhun was driving back to his dorm which is located on the same block as the location the dinner took place. On the way, Nichkhun was involved in an accident with a motorcycle at an intersection in the neighborhood.”

They continued, “His blood alcohol level was measured at 0.056%, and his license has been suspended. Nichkhun himself and our company are well aware that we were careless, and for this we would like to apologize. Furthermore, we will earnestly oblige to any follow-up investigations that may be necessary. Once again, we would like to sincerely apologize.”

Certain fans are defending him on this point.

Oh it was just a couple drinks though!

Admittedly, people respond to alcohol differently, so what’s drunk for one person may not be drunk for another person, regardless of BAC. However, it’s pretty telling of his impairment level that the situation resulted in an accident.

Remember, this isn’t him getting pulled over and blowing 0.056%. That could be seen as a mistake because he may have not been a threat to public safety. Rather, this is different because he already drilled a dude after drinking, so we already know there were consequences to his actions.

A witness at the scene who also followed the motorcyclist to the hospital reported, “The victim was on the floor, bleeding from his head. An ambulance rushed him to the emergency room at Kunkuk University Hospital.” He continued, “At the moment, he’s expressing severe pain in his shoulders and in his back.”

Currently, this statement and the level of injury has not been officially confirmed. All that has been reported by the police is that both parties have decided to settle this through the insurance companies, and Nichkhun returned home afterwards.

We should all probably wait on the official report and for further details to come out, but it’s probably safe to say that the guy isn’t exactly feeling awesome. Either way, the fans saying that he’s faking his injuries for money or whatever are way out of line here, especially if he had to head into the emergency room as a result of his injuries. Safe to say that he would have preferred just to go home rather than get hit by a car.

Maybe that’s just me.

Of course, it’s not lost on me that he was the one who publicly criticized Block B, but this event doesn’t really change his idiocy in that regard. I had already pegged him as a hypocrite prior to this because he had said similar shit during Japan’s disaster.

No, this is something else entirely. It’s not subjective or worthy of a defense. It’s purely a shitty action, and I say that regardless of who it is or what it is or how it happened. Driving drunk is a shitty thing to do. Period.

People trying to downplay this or detract from the seriousness of the matter do nothing but paint themselves as delusional. You don’t have to hate him because of this, but he made a poor choice, he made a big mistake, and he may have seriously hurt a guy who was just minding his own business.

He did fuck up. He should feel bad. He should apologize. That’s it.

  1. So then why was “No one was injured at the scene, and there was no serious damage to either vehicle.” said?

    • Could be for any number of reasons. Just have to wait for the details.

All we know is that he was drinking/drunk and he hit a guy with his car. That’s shitty in itself.

      • Yeah, it’s a shame he did, if his place was so close he couldve taken a cab instead of risking it.

        • Also, wondering if the motorcyclist even wore a helmet if that picture really is him on the ground? Could and impact from the rear knock it off?

        • Would depend on the helmet and if it was on properly. A good helmet and on properly, it would have to be a pretty (really really) bad accident and/or unusual circumstances for it to come off. My uncle had been in accidents, from the side, front, and back and his helmet was always the one thing that never broke/came off. His clothes, bones, and bike always gave way before his helmet. He had a full face, half face, and shorty and neither one ever came off.

That same uncle also died because of a buzzed driver. His girlfriend was something like .057 when she plowed their car into a telephone pole killing him instantly. I’ll never forget my grandmothers wailing when she came home. I have zero tolerance for people who drive impaired or for anyone who thinks its okay and makes excuses for them.

  2. atleast he didnt ran the guy over and killed him….

I can already picture the media and the fans commenting on this every which way, but it is so fucked up for the dude on the motorcycle. He was just going on his merrily way and then got hit from behind.

Drinking and driving is not what a person (an idol at that) should be doing at all. My brother got t-boned in his car from a drunk driver, he is alright with no injuries, looking at the car, damn driver door is pushed all the way into the steering wheel.

I heard that the bar or whatever nickhun went to was close to his house…..why would you drive.

    • Dad almost got killed in college by a drunk driver who ran a red light.

      • My grandma actually did die from injuries sustained from something like this. I’m also a mountain biker who occassionally wipes out (with protection worn) so I know getting hit by something while rolling on two wheels is no joke, no matter how slow or how thinly grazed. I am not a fan of his music so I don’t know about him that much but he seems alright from some variety shows I have seen him on. The article is pretty much spot on though, the defending fandom are idiots and his short term license suspension is also whack.

  3. His ass should of used common sense if he had any. If you know or you feel like you gonna be hitting the drinks, at least have someone to take you home or call the cab. Even though you might not want to leave your car at the bar/club, but it’s your fault if you get too drunk to drive it. But he drove anyway. -facepalms- What if he hit a tree or something and hurt/killed himself instead?

I remember hitting a curb and a ditch from drinking and driving, learned my lesson along with a high ass mechanic bill…

    • Oh, was there any remorse from him? And why JYPE has to apologize? They didn’t drive the car. If there isn’t apology from him personaly and if he were to hit me, I’d sue for everything the bastard and his monkey boss got. Just like for those who hit and run. That’s a bitch move in my book.

      • That’s how it is over there… the CEO still has that ‘responsibility’ thing.. I wouldn’t be surprised if the whole group apologized too.

        • Why would the rest of 2PM have to apologize for that? I wouldn’t apologize for shit.

      • ThatTealChick

No matter how big or small the accident was, no matter if you’re an idol/have an image to protect or not, I’d like to think that one would use a little common curtsey and apologize anyway.

    • Jeez nichkhun killing himself from drunk driving would be tragic. Imagine the commotion on AKP

      • You asked for shit on 2pm, here you go:
They’re all little bitches- prolly the rudest group in Kpop (tops that of SUJU, snsd, and four minute)
Chansung is a stuck up bitch. Sullen (like male Krystal or Jessica- doesnt ever do anything but pout and act unamused and pissy) he was a model so all he had to do is sit there and pout, constantly told how he was good looking. All he did when he was younger was go to school, be a model, sat around and look pretty, go to 2pm-he has never actually worked, no real character development.
Junsu is cool and chill, doesn’t even hang out or like 2pm, mostly hangs with YG and non-celebs
Taecyeon is as much of a dick as everyone thought he was. If you thought that he was a narcissist, he is. If you thought that he was rude, he is. Etc. he is pretty much composed of bad personality traits, weird ears, and teeth. Everyone who works with him says he is really smart (and, after looking into that, we found that he was in the top 0.5% GPA, in honors society, other crap- could have gone to ivy league school, but went to Donguk, which isn’t even that good) And while everyone in 2pm has a lot of sex, Taecyeon has the most.
Junho is like a bratty little kid. Really shallow (ie: if signing autographs, he checks to make sure that the fan is pretty before signing)
Nichkhun is kinda a whiny bitch. Staff doesn’t like him (or 2pm in general). He goes out to party, drink, have sex as much as anyone. He’s sort of like the male version of Yoona: everyone thinks that they’re really sweet and innocent, but behind the scenes, they’re really annoying and whine all of the time, have sex, go to clubs, drink, party, etc, as much as anyone
Staff and anyone who has to work with Wooyoung hates him. He has no respect for anyone, no matter the age. While recording, he is known to call over staff and production rudely like “come on already, I don’t have all day”. He is described as a spoiled and bratty kid. He is also immature. He was trying to get this model. She basically told him to fuck off because of how immature he was. Wooyoung, being himself, was complaining about that
Jay was the only decent one.
It’s coincidental how they get some of the shittiest guys in Kpop in one band. All they need is Leeteuk as a leader, Minho as their lispy rapper, a random little fuck like Kai and they’d be the shittiest boy group in Kpop history

        • Why does everyone hate Leetuk? o_O Not much of a SuJu follower so I have no idea. But based from my friends, they say “he’s the best leader”, etc.

        • I know one part of that story is true. The part of Taecyeon having the numbers of lots of idols girls. That recently came out. Now I wonder what else from that is true.

  4. Why hasn’t he apologized yet? And all of those 2PM hottest fans are stupid. “Well as long as Nickhun is okay that’s all that matters!” “He didn’t kill someone like Daesung did” WTF?! He shouldn’t have been drinking or driving but I’m sure JYP will make the whole incident sound like it’s not a big deal. And AKP will go back to reporting on real news like who took a selca today. My first reaction to this was he won’t get into trouble since he’s one of the top idols from the big 3. If he was from some shitty company and not popular he’d be in jail right now.

    And those eyebrows are ridiculous.

    • Probably because he isn’t sober yet lol.

    • I don’t know what’s worst this bitch or his fans… saying that the guy must be faking injuries. I’ve been on several minor accidents, once on my way to collage it wans’t big so I just took another bus. In the middle of my class I started feeling pain on my head and arm and that was like 2 hour after the accident.

  5. I ride a motorbike and have to deal with clowns like this all the time. If he hit me I’d beat an apology out of him if he wasn’t forthcoming with it.

    • Schizo_phrenia

And then you’ll be attacked by HOTTEST and Khuntoria fans -whatever their name is- for hurting oppar…
“BITCH HOW DARE YOU ? OPPAR DIDN’T MEAN IT HE JUST DRANK A COUPLE OF BEERS ,YOU SHOULD’VE MOVED YOUR SORRY ASS FROM THE ROAD OR AT LEAST WORE A HELMET”

  6. Why the hell would you want to drive after drinking? Seriously. Sincerely hope the guy comes out of this okay, car vs. human usually doesn’t end up good for the latter.

  7. Sister got a prosthetic leg because a drunk driver hit her when she first started high school.

I don’t even see why two sides are even being considered.

    • Who would be to blame if a dude were to walk onto the road wasted, and a driver couldn’t get out of the way in time because it was dark

      • That’s a great scenario you have there. But I don’t see the point, since in this case;

        1) Nichkhun was the one that was intoxicated.
        2) A motorcyclist was injured due to his actions.

I don’t really see what Nichkhun could do or say to defend himself.

      • Depends on the specifics, but probably the pedestrian, but that’s neither here nor there.

      • if they still in the crosswalk the driver if not.. up to the courts/jury etc

  8. THE PRINCE!! THE PRINCE OF ALL OF THAILAND!!

  9. No one should drive drunk, ever.
    That’s fucking stupid.

    He couldn’t hire a taxi?
He couldn’t get someone who was sober to drive him?
    SERIOUSLY?

    I highly doubt it.
He’s a jackass and I hope he apologizes and gets in a shitton of trouble/backlash for this.

    • Looks like he’s gonna get away with it. They’re already covering it up pretty fast and 2pm has a lot of fans… Maybe more so than big bang and Daesung’s incident? Lol

  10. milkywhituskinned

Sheeeeeeet nigga Nichkun, u fucked up real time real bad

  11. Dumbfuck Nickhun strikes again.

  12. Well.. there’s this commercial in the US… “DRUNK DRIVING IS BUZZ DRIVING!!!” Regardless of what the BAC is in the US, in Korea it’s different (and obviously does show he couldn’t handle it very much) so that’s the standard that should be respected. I see some people twisting the story saying the cyclist hit him (C’mon, really!?) and do see some who are quite disappointed with him as who are part of the fandom. And of course people crying out “it was a mistake! we’re all humans!” (though I’m sure wouldn’t say the same thing if a surgeon effed up from carelessness.. or being drunk too)

But what really bugged me is some saying it’s both their faults. WTF!? “The cyclist didn’t have his helmet on! He knows the law!!!” That’s a different situation, sweetie. The guys lack of a helmet didn’t make Nickhun crash his car into him. And then the Jay Park thing -___- I also took his twee as “well, maybe some are speak ill of the victim.. ” so could apply there. While he does tweet something nice (though I don’t think it was article-worthy) I bet the people all oppa-ing Jay are the same ones who like the bash groups/people left and right 24/7.

But anywho, this situation has nothing to do with Block B and if this now made him a hypocrite, with that logic, makes everyone else a hypocrite too. (in which… we technically all are to some degree) It’s sad when accidents and incidents bring out the worst delusions outta fans…. all logic and rationality leaves their heads and the only thing the see is oppaaaaa…

    • well…he did tell someone else to behave better and then goes on to drive under the influence of alcohol :/

      • Well I see it’s more of a big deal because of the other stuff he said and the hypocrisy followed with that whole thing… but it’s like the same when parents tell kids to do this and that and like… the parents don’t even do it themselves lol. I dunno it comes off to me when people say “omg haters…” yet, we go around disliking someone badly. (just that form of hypocrisy that we all do to a degree) but since he’s a celeb, it’s more blown out than it needs to be (that’s just how I see it I guess…)

    • ThatTealChick

Lol @ both their faults because the guy didn’t wear a helmet.
So, if the guy were wearing a helmet, would both of them still be to blame?
Of course they would because, that idiot shouldn’t have been in that spot, at that time to get hit.
Number 1 rule when it comes to Kpop fans and their idol’s wrong doing: It’s always someone else’s fault.

      • Nickhun oppa only wanted to teach that cyclist a lesson! He showed him how dangerous not wearing a helmet is ;_;!!! And you know, actions are louder than words… so he had to hit him .___. Oppa didn’t mean it…. I mean uh… he did but! Not to make anyone mad at him!

    • AKP posting an article about jay’s tweet was stupid, especially since he could’ve been easily talking about something else entirely. i think he was referring to how some fans, especially some BBCs, seem extremely happy that this happened just because they hate nichkhun when someone got injured and could’ve been easily killed. its not something to be happy about.

      • big black cock?

      • Yup I thought that too but then again his tweet could of easily been about something else. Hmm I wonder if this AKP article will cause another debate between some hottest and jaywalkers. I bet because of the article Jay probably got some tweets telling him not to support Nichkhun.

        • yeah its very typical of AKP to make a big deal out of nothing to get more views so i wouldn’t be surprised. i imagine he’s probably getting more tweets telling him he’s a great guy for supporting nichkhun and he probably has no idea what they’re talking about

  13. Ok…. Karma is b!tch… One day you’re saying to Block B to act the right way and the next day you’re almost killing a person DAEBAK NICHKUN

  14. Wowowow, the prince should shave his hair off.

  15. Hot damn, this is why I never liked Nichkhun. He is so stupid, even Lee Joon can do better.

Seems like no one bothered to tell him NOT to drive under the influence. It’s so sad when people in their 20-somethings who claimed to be our role-model (…I’ve had some telling me that…) do more stupid shit than the teenagers. But it’s not about the age, it’s the brain. And clearly, his didn’t work.

I agree with everyone here, calling up a taxi driver isn’t THAT hard. His license is suspended for how long again?

Why, why, why didn’t he apologize to the victim? And WHY would the victim be making profits out of this? Excuses, excuses…

  16. Schizo_phrenia

    lol
    FINALLY !!!
He fucked up nothing to argue over here.
And seriously the article says “…he returned home safely…” WHO THE HELL CARES ABOUT HIS SAFETY !?
I feel bad for the motorcyclist and now the poor thing is being blamed for not wearing a helmet -.-
Now we’ll have to wait for the rest of 2pm members to apologize on behalf of the prince…

    • I wondered why they didn’t say anything about what happened to the motorcyclist if they were going to say that. Even the comments, out of all the bitching about who was at fault and Block B I found one “I hope the motorcyclist is okay” comment from the whole thing.

  17. I’m just gonna say this again, the dude’s a tool. Has always been a tool. Will forever be a tool.

Seriously? Dude would’ve been behind bars for driving under the influence right on the spot over here.

  18. Well driving drunk is a really stupid choice. Nichkhun should get blasted as much as he deserves.

With Daesung tho, wasn’t it an accident? Doesn’t excuse the fact that he killed someone, and definitely YES I found it extremely irritating that the fans were worried about Daesung instead of the dead guy.

But from what I heard he wasn’t drunk while driving… Idk if he should have gotten shamed for it. He probably shames himself everyday.

    • Wasn’t blaming Daesung, was talking about the fan reaction who didn’t give a shit that some dude just died.

  19. I wonder how much money JYP paid to AKP to add the word ‘minor’ to a DUI accident with an injured victim.

    • ThatTealChick

But when (nearly) the same thing happened to Daesung, oh god…It was just the worst thing EVER. Allkpop just couldn’t let it go :O

    • Money wasted. Nichkhun could have stabbed a naked fangirl to her bloody death in her own bathtub and everything would be forgiven.

  20. EVERYBODY, YOU GOT IT ALL WRONG!!!

Oppar wasn’t driving drunk, his beautiful eyebrows just got in the way of his eyes- poor thing :(

IT’S NOT LIKE YOU CAN WAX THOSE THINGS, SO GIVE HIM A BREAK!!! HE IS ONLY HUMAN!!!

  21. In a just world, Nickhun would receive 100x the backlash Block B got. Acting unprofessionally is a thousand times less worse than breaking the law and putting another person’s life in danger. But Prince Nickhun will probably just leave it to company pr to settle the matter and the public will go back to loving this dumbass and his head of hair will remain as perfectly coiffed as ever.

  22. Nickhun can join the underground kpop groups now.

    • and it’s a mystery to me as to why people still drive motorcycles in korea when they know it’s fucking crazy on the streets.

  23. mybiasbeatsyourbias

I’m willing to admitt after slamming 4 long isalnd ice teas and a couple of beers I went behind the wheel. I didn’t get pull over or hit anyone. But I do come from a family of alcoholics and heavy drinkers.

I don’t drink and drive anymore. It was a one time thing and I felt fucked up for doing it. I wasn’t thinking and I was 22 at the time. I’m 25 now and just don’t find it appealing to drink then drive. Even when I’m out with friends. I hold back on getting a drink at the bar.

So that’s my two cents on it. Not gonna act like saint and dis the fuck out of nichkhun.

But I would say he isn’t that much younger than me. And it seems to be a bad habit idols pick up with drinking and driving. And like IATFB mention how media and fans react. It seems like abuse of privilage.

Should you judge someone who isn’t famous, commits the same crime more harshly vs someone who is?

I’m not defending nichkhun. He needs to rightfully apologize to this man and pay for any damages. I’m just noticing how frequent do you read in headlines about famous idols and actors driving under the influence and causing an accident. And these companies trying to cover up or skew the event to something less serious.

The whole daesung thing was like that. Just a cluster fuck of misinform reports, YG stupidly getting involve while fans battle each other over what is just.

  24. Apparently Jay Park has something to say about it too. http://tinyurl.com/cmqxyoc

  25. ThatTealChick

    Oh the irony.
After Nichkhun’s twitter incident, hottests lost their minds. Not a single fuck was given from most hottests until Nichkhun gave his two cents.
“If my oppa says it’s bad, then it MUST be bad!”
And now, “Forgive and forget!” or “that dumbass motorcyle guy should have gotten his stupid ass out of the fucking street!!!!”
And, my personal favorite, “he didn’t know…you don’t know what your doing when your under the influence…wouldnt you want someone to give you a chance if you dont remember what you did the night before? think people.”

    http://media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m70hm73TqA1qle4y3.gif

Some random guy almost kills someone drunk driving:
That dumb bastard! How dare you almost kill someone and walk away so easily?! Go die!
Nichkhun almost kills someone drunk driving: He didn’t mean it…Stop acting like you’re all innocent little saints and have never done anything wrong!

Kpop fans that are like that…U so qt ^.^

    • mybiasbeatsyourbias

Its daesung all over again. God i hate the hottest. what he did was wrong now were is the justice not bias judgment?

      • ThatTealChick

In the land of Makesomedamnsense-a-tropolis: Where everyone uses common sense instead of being biased little shits ;o
Sadly, not very many Kpop fans live on this island, for that would be too perfect.

    • I just love how one of the comments ends with “think, people”, while the girls logic makes me wanna slap her in the face.

  26. Sickening how people are defending him and leaving comments like, “PRAY FOR NICHKHUN OPPA.”

Why does he needs prayers? He’s not the one who got hit by a fucking car.

  27. i’m sick of fans using the excuse “everyone makes mistakes in their life!!!111″ yes of course people do dumb shit but people are supposed to take responsibility for their actions and deal with all the consequences to learn from the mistake, if we just excused him of course he would never learn. especially since this “mistake” could’ve been easily avoided if he just called a taxi or a friend. also the excuse “at least he didn’t kill someone” is stupid considering he easily could have. i totally agree fans should be more concerned about the motorcyclist.

so apparently on korean websites there are reports that the victim was injured pretty badly so i’m still wondering why AKP hasn’t reported on it. i remember when SJ’s kangin was drinking and driving SM suspended his activities right after so i think JYP should do the same. and wtf nichkhun hasn’t even apologized himself yet…

    • oh wait i just saw the AKP article reporting the motorcyclist had head and back injuries, never mind.

    • Yeah, those comments pissed me off the most, to me a mistake is putting tinfoil in your friends microwave and frying it when you forget the tinfoil is there. The guy got into an accident for being stupid/arrogant enough to drive while drunk, that kind of “mistake” gets people into hospitals.

Korea has been attempting to crack down on their drunk drivers the past couple of years. If they let him go, more then him not learning his lesson it’s giving a really bad message to the public, especially in light of the harsher drunk driving punishments they have now. “You can send someone to the hospital for being impaired and nothing will happen” or reinforcing the celebrity double standard.

:o I just found out a DWI in Korea is a 0.05% and above, resulting in a fine and the harshest penalty being 2 years in the slammer? Anyone know if that true?

  28. Oppan Gangnam Style

  29. the entertainment world has a real weird/cool way of evening itself out sometimes.

it’s unfortunate this guy had to be humbled at the expense of another human being’s wellness but yeah.

  30. At the end of the day he just needs to man up and pay for his actions..I hope the guy involved wasn’t hurt too bad, Nick shouldnt been driving after drinking and if its true the guy wasnt wearing a helmet then that shits on him too.

  31. I’m not going to defend Daesung but for starters, THAT motorcyclist was drunk and caused himself an accident BEFORE Dae hit him with his car.

I’m not saying Dae shouldn’t have driven more carefully, but the motorcyclist wasn’t exactly an innocent victim. If he had chosen not to bike around drunk and haven’t caused himself an accident, Dae wouldn’t have run him over.

This is a completely different case, Nickhun was as dumb as the drunk motorcyclist and caused an accident – the only parallel I see in the two stories is that driving drunk kills people.

I’m all for celebs taking responsibility for their actions but mixing up facts is as harmful as denying them.

    • “I’m not going to defend Daesung…”

Lol and then your whole post is about defending Daesung. :3

No one is mixing up facts or denying anything here so idk where you’re coming from girl…

      • The writer clearly has made a parallel between the accident of Daesung and Nichkhun but also implied a parallel between responsibility.

Facts are: Daesung has driven fast ( 80kmh instead of 60 ) and didn’t hold a safe distance what caused him to collapse with the taxi driver’s car that ran over the victim who minutes before hit a streetlight after losing control over his motorcycle because he was already drunk.
He was at fault partially but you can’t exactly identify the cyclist as a victim either. He was drunk and caused himself an accident that might have killed him anyways ( Daesung was pleaded innocent because the medical evidence neither denied nor supported that his actions caused the death of the cyclist )

If I were to defend him, I would say “Daesung is innocent” which he is not. I live in an area where speed limit is often ignored and I’m not tolerant of it at all. BUT the cyclist himself was not innocent. He made the same stupid choice of driving drunk, like Nichkhun.

So if there is a parallel, it’s between the cyclist and Nichkhun. One caused himself an accident, the other caused someone else injuries.

Also, basing a parallel on delusional fans is pretty stupid. Every idol has these defensive females/males who would deny facts just to make the idol seem innocent. I don’t consider Daesung a victim or innocent but I did worry about him because everyone just kept on talking about the living while completely ignoring the partiality of fault because people should just not speak ill of the dead. Even the brother of the guy admitted his sibling was also at fault.

So shortly, my point is that a parallel should be drawn where it’s really there…

    • Talking about the fan reaction.

Also, Daesung still fucked up while driving … then exploited that experience for artistic purposes and media attention.

      • I wouldn’t say Dae exploited it but rather YG. People can call him and JYP the most friendly bosses but in the end they have to make profit.
Trust me, once the whole issue dies down a bit Nichkhun will appear at some show talking about the incident in tears or something.

That’s how showbiz works everywhere, if someone is owned by a company, they will make the person gain some pity attention after a fuck up. As long as it works, the practice won’t change.

Btw, I knew you meant the parallel between the delusional fans. It just bugged me how everyone keeps considering the cyclist in Daesung’s case an innocent victim. The guy was drunk and there is a possibility he would have died from the accident he caused himself…He was the same stupid as Nichkhun actually. Dae fucked up but the cyclist too, while in this case only Nichkhun fucked up – at least so far that’s what facts imply.

  32. The only thing bothers me is when people going as far as insulting his nationality (which is also yours truly, which means I’m also offended and had to flame bitches), “he’s not Korean, so it figures why”, and shit like “Go back to Trannyland” is just fucking off the deep end and tasteless to me. Same goes for the other non-Korean idols that had gotten into deep shit too. It’s way off the damn subject.

Not only I hate generalizations and dumb theories about a group of people, I also hate when it’s about the nation that one is from/descended. You don’t know every person from there, you didn’t found the country nor running it. Just like people calling Americans fat and stupid and everyone from Africa being dirt poor and have AIDS. It’s asinine and pretentious.

    • So inevitable though.

If Victoria fucks up in the future, they’ll start calling her a dirty chink and all types of shit.

  33. This is just how Karma works. I wonder if JYP will send him back to Thailand for the time being, I mean they let go of Jay Park, who is way more talented and usefull for less than this…..

I’m not a big fan of Block B (I like them), in fact the first time I pay atention to them was when the floods scandal, but I can’t stand people like Nichkhunt, he knew well what would happen after what he wrote but did it anyways. Even now lot of people are siding him, so he won’t get even half of the shit Block B got back then

    • it wasnt oppaarrrs fault guys. that guy just happened to be in the way of someone driving under the influence. http://media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m7oz771BPr1qaigtg.gif

    • You know what? I’m done. Anymore crap like this I might become schizophrenic and homicidal. Let one of these “famous” bastards rape and murder a broad and these bitches would say the victim led him on to it.

      • If their fucking “oppa” raped someone they would probably hunt down the victim because she managed to get a taste of his holy dick.
“Oppa didn’t mean it! He just slipped and his pants got stuck to a velociraptor which caused his dick to fall out of his pokémon underpants. Due to this highly credible incident he fell and accidently swallowed a viagra pill some pimp managed to drop on the street earlier. And since he is so innocent and a virgin the pill started to work right away, that’s why he fainted, fell on the skank and his hard penis slipped inside her – through her panties… and that’s possible because she is a filthy whore and a liar who only wants his money”.

        • The sad/funny thing is you’re not exaggerating

“he wasn’t that drunk, and no one got really hurt, this was an accident that could happen to EVERY freakin person in the world, this is just a big fuss because he is a celebrity, and the man who was in the accident i bet he only wants money, that’s all, i support you Nickhun! FIGHTING! ”

          fan on AKP

        • Yea fans would use the excuse that the woman seduced their “oppa” or the most stupid excuse I’ve heard when it comes to rape “oh she was dressed liked a slut so obviously she deserved it”. I can see delusional fans saying shit like that.

        • You know, that’s not far off from what I think we would see.

          Sad.

      • If anyone does rape somebody my money is on Seungri. Something about him is strange at times.

  34. I still wanna know why he hasn’t apologized? And that apology JYPE gave was a half ass sorry lame ass apology.

    • because if he apologizes, then he’d admit to being wrong. God forbid THAT from happening.

    • “it sucks!!they can’t do that to nickhun..”

Bitch, they can. They do whatever they want to.

“what the hell. nichkhun has been a model or whatever for caribbean bay for a long time now. now that he got into an accident, they feel the need to remove his picture from their homepage. how long are they going to keep it down? are they going to put his name on a list of people never to come to for promoting this place after one mistake which he has apologized for? i mean really.. sorry for the rant but jeez!”

I don’t recall him apologizing. God, please, let me slap those ignorant cunts. Some of them even said that it was cruel…. Lord have mercy.

      • I commented:

“These people are sorry for Nichkhun’s car and image, what about the victim???”

        Lovely fan replied:

“yeah, what about him? he’s partly responsible too, how come only khun gets the hate and blame? the motorcyclist is in the hospital well tended with doctors and nurses, how come i haven’t read any hate or blame towards him?”

All I want to do to this bitches is cut off their hands and bitch slap them with it, but then being so stupid must be enough of a punishment

  35. Hope to God he gets kicked out of 2pm. Lost my respect with that Block B stunt.

And JYP creeps me out anyway. Don’t get how they’re part of the big three, they are so irrelevant now.

  36. It is stupid that some fans are saying that he only had a couple of drinks. Some people cannot hold their liquor. I know someone who got drunk off of half a bottle of Corona. So regardless of how much he drank, he should of found other means to get home.

But it was nighttime when this happen so I wonder if he thought he could drive home because there would of been less cars in the street (never been to Korea so I don’t know how the traffic is out there). Also if he was with his JYPE family did anyone offer to bring him how. I am waiting to see if he will apologize.

  37. You asked for shit on 2pm, here you go:

    • Crap. This was supposed to be a reply

    • Can you get me some Infinite info??? It doesn’t have to be big shit. While watching ranking king I see how they tease Sungjong a lot for his girlyness, and their personalities look pretty legit and real, is it fake??

    • That’s one of the good stuff you get out of K-pop, dirty secrets.

    • Do you know info on bigbang or sistar

    • i never liked jay but i’m happy he got out of there. 2pm is such a joke, i don’t think they’re even that popular anymore

any dirt on YG artists, super junior, t-ara, or other JYP artists? o.o

    • oh wow where did you get all this information?

  38. What kind of person laugh at someone’s misfortune? We don’t know anything so stop judging. Who the heck are you people do try to make him apologize to any of you when he didn’t do anything. the only person who should he say sorry is the person who got hurt not any of you. hate 2pm all you want but seriously laughing on someone’s misfortune and saying he should die. Really?

    • Things I know:

      - He commited a crime (DUI)
      - He got into a car accident
      - The person he hit is in hospital injured
      - He haven’t show his face yet
      - Fans defending his crime need to be bitch slapped (or hit by a car and see how it feels)

      http://media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lphih1v9Y31qavy71.gif

      • Oh yeah I saw that too. I’m not depending him cause I know drink driving is bad but saying all those nasty things about him saying he should die and so on. You guys should be ashamed of your self. What if people say something like that about you what would you feel. I feel bad for the person he hit but you guys are taking this too far. We don’t know anything! People says things that they don’t nothing about. Where you there when it happen?

        • Who is saying that he should die? That’s what I wanna know. Unfortunately people judge each other all the time, that’s life, so get over yourself. He drove a car while he’s buzzed, then he hit someone and he’s yet to be seen or heard ever since, so what else we “don’t know” about? http://media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lspohnwiQq1qawya1.gif

    • I’m not laughing, personally.

Just think he fucked up and needs to own up to it.

Not to me, to the guy he hit.

  39. We don’t know anything.

  40. In a word AGREED
