No one in T-ara can speak English. Soyeon seems to be able to speak it somewhat, but the rest have a hard time saying anything in English.

I’d actually like to disagree =p Young people have a certain cuteness and appeal to them that satisfies the audience. This is Korea so I’m sure with the power of make-up she’ll look/ can look stunning. I don’t know why I’m so optimistic about this but as someone said “she’s the Yuri of the group”.

yea, even though some ppl may like that kind of kiddish ‘cuteness’ and awkwardness, it doesn’t necessarily mean she can fit the ‘visual’ role well (though there’s prolly nothing much else she can do…i noe). They’ve got to at least put some makeup on her (so she’s got that milky white skin? lol), groom her a bit (yoona-type visuals need some elegance i suppose), and fucking give her better clothes to wear to these kinds of fanmeets>< She literally looked like she was picked off the streets

I find it funny that because I’m Indian, people don’t expect me to be fluent in Mandarin and Korean, and so then these people will talk about me in their native language and then go into shock when I bitch them out for it.

The existing members of T-ara probably feel the same way about her that we do: that she’s just a kid that got lured into a situation that she shouldn’t be in.
The T-ara fans, on the other hand, are another story. Unless she turns out to have some amazing talent, they’ll never accept her.
Not really. She’ll know they’re talking about her even if she doesn’t understand exactly what they’re saying, sometimes not knowing what they’re saying, but knowing they’re saying something, can be worse, especially if she starts getting paranoid about everything.
Everyone understands she’s 12 and everyone understands she’s going to soon become part of T-ara, but I don’t think anyone really understands how vulnerable and severely insecure the average 12 year old girl can be in a normal world let along a ruthless, cutthroat Idol/entertainment world.
She’s being hated on by netizens, ogled by pedo’s, and no doubt her group mates, to some degree or another, resent her. But at the end of the day she’s only 12 years old. Idols who debut are older then her, more able to handle that kind of stress, and more then that, have their group mates, who they struggled with, to lean on. She’s younger, being added onto an already established group, and doesn’t speak the language or really understand the culture.
And I can’t stress this enough, she’s only 12, barely out of childhood. I don’t know about guys, but that’s an incredibly vulnerable age for a young girl psychologically. She’s mature enough to understand everything that’s going on around her, but not mature enough to handle everything.

I almost felt bad, but I just laughed instead. The number one thing I’m going to wait for with this girl is for her to go into some random kinda pervy photo shoot. I think the members of T-ara are mature enough to understand that they have to build a comfortable environment for Dani, as well as with all members, It won’t be possible for her to visit her parents. Even with all the resentment they feel, I think they know it isn’t Dani’s fault.

its not that i don’t want to like her, its just that the more i learn about her the more i want to punch KKS very hard. i’m pretty sure my non-korean friend who spent only a few months in korea knows more than she does. from an objective standpoint she is useless even by idol standards, but yeah i do feel bad for her because KKS seems to be exploiting her just because he can and its unfair to everyone, including dani herself.
