It’s official, the JYJ/SM Entertainment saga will never ever end. Ever.
The verdict for the ongoing case between JYJ and SM Entertainment over past contracts has been postponed indefinitely.
Another hearing was held on September 18 at 5PM KST at the Seoul Central District Court, but SM CEO Kim Young Min and lawyers from both sides were unable to come to an agreement. The court advised the two sides to reach an agreement and postponed a verdict indefinitely.
The case, which started in 2009, has yet to see an end.

Dunno what to say about that. Really dunno why fans are annoyed with it since it doesn’t quite affect them. They’re annoyed but don’t wanna say for JYJ to just stop and submit lol. That’s the part I don’t get either. Why is this judge so intent on having them settle. It seems like an obvious ploy not to give a verdict against SM, “the leader of the Hallyu Wave.” {puke}
Talking out of my ass here but it really seems like the judge(s) don’t want to fuck around with setting some kind of precedent with relation to contract law that would open a huge can of worms. That’s the only reason I can think of that they are literally saying “figure this out yourselves the court of law gives no fucks.”

It is a lawsuit about validity of their exclusive contracts with SME.
If JYJ should lose, they would sit in the SM dungeon till 2020 (when the contracts are over). So it´s better to batlle it in the court then to be jobless and broke the next 8 years.

the ruckus about lawsuit is nothing compared to the ongoing fanwar. it has yet to settled, urgh, i can’t believe that. i don’t care if they battle it out in one site, but they battle it out everywhere. every freakin place. i come to dig rumor, they’re there. i come to see their comeback plan, they’re there. and they’re keep singing the same phrase, same rumor same interview same tweets. srsly. i hate how people so naively follow one side, and throwing fist at each other based on this so called ‘fact’. every sane k-pop fan knows that fandom is filled with hipocrisy and double standard. every fandom, you name it. chill vip? f*ck off. you can’t trust whatever k-fans — esp k-fansite admins — write 100%, because every single thing can be manipulated for the sake of their oppars. moreover the translated stuffs, you know how unreliable they are. that’s why we’re on disadvantages, that’s why k-fans and i-fans opinion often clashes. but even k-fans don’t know that much compared to us, due to fansite admins nature to keep a secret and keep their idols’ image tarnished with perfection. that’s said, whatever happened in the back door, will be kept in the back door. constantly bringing up this stuff when the involved guys can’t bring this up again is pathetic. i never trust jyj fans 100%, but the fact that jyj are awesome guys is why i’m on their ship, homin fans are just same like that.

I knew this court case was going to take years when it first came out but this is just completely beating around the bush.
Any case like this takes a long fucking time. Sorry no judicial system has the fast easy version. Unless you sell,do drugs or kill a person minus the United Sates and Canada.
I don’t think this case will end this year. It is not uncommon when suing a business it make take 3 to 10 years. It just makes the lawyers more reach on both sides.
