Aboutish last week, Lee Joon of MBLAQ was on We Got Married with Yeon Seo from You Who Rolled in Unexpectedly, and he described his ideal type as someone who could be obsessed with him. The difference being that his description sounded more like wanting a controlling dominatrix than anything.

I think this is because idols thrive off of the obsession of their often fickle fans.
So they are overworked, and told that they must be perfect, and at the end of the day they can still end up losing fans, and it’s that fear that leads them to I think wanting this sort of relationship.
Because if one is obsessed with you, that means that they will never leave you, and so you’ll never have to fear the abandonment that idols often worry about due to the nature of their job.
