JYP Entertainment don't care 'bout no fines from New York, they do what they want like Randy Moss!

It’s recently been revealed that JYP Entertainment treats fines for improper use of their New York office like Randy Moss does fines from the NFL: they both give no shits.

JYP Entertainment received another fine for the irregular use of their office in New York, United States. It was reported today that the agency’s office received another violation notice after it was found out that they have used their first floor as a music studio.

JYP Entertainment’s building in New York is composed of three floors and is only allowed for office use as stated on the city’s Environment Control Board. The agency may receive a fine between $1,200 to $10,000 for the violation.

The case is revealed to be pending with a hearing scheduled on November 1st. It is also speculated that Park Jinyoung, C.E.O of the company, may not be able to avoid the fines this time. JYP Entertainment already received 8 violations since 2010 and is estimated to have paid at least $15,000 for it. They were previously cited after it was found out that they have used the space as a housing unit for the Wonder Girls.

Eight fucking violations, dude? Eight?! Goddamn.

  1. lol i wouldn’t give a damn as well

    • I hope he doesn’t pay any of it and they actually decide to issue an warrant of arrest for ignoring all the fines.

So next time this rat face visits the US he will be welcomed by some nice people in hot uniforms and we have our next hilarious story.

Dunno if something like that is even realistic in the US but I sure hope it was.

  2. Considering the fact that dude’s in massive debt over that epically failed WG American venture, he should probably reconsider not giving an f about these fines.

  3. Not a single fuck was given over an extended period of time.

“Is there a problem? Throw money at it; it’ll go away.”

  4. …15 grand…. probably all the money he wasted on Wonder Girls trying to debut in the US and then some more. He’ll be counting his pennies soooon.

  5. I wish I have 15 grand to pay fines -.-

  6. I wonder if he just not used to zoning laws. Does Seoul have zoning laws? If it does, its probably different fromwhat he is used to.

That said, 15k is pocket change for the guy.

  7. Uh maybe they need a new god damn building, that place sounds like shit.

  8. His face gives me the fucking creeps. Plus, if he feels like he has too much money, he can just give some to me, I’m a student, therefore I’m always broke.

  9. Hang on a second.

JYPE is being fined for using the first floor as a music studio? Is that really illegal? O_O

    • If it’s part of the contract that you have to use it for something specific and are not allowed to change anything, then you can be sued. You signed that shit, you follow it.

Considering he probably build a whole fucking studio in there, that might be just a little too much.
Maybe his broke ass didn’t have leftover money for some sound proof walls so everyone else in the building got instant diarrhea from his tracks.

I hope they at least threw some nasty drug parties with heroin addicts and ladyboys to make it worth the fine.

    • My guess is, it might have something to do with safety codes. If you think about it, a music studio is a bit of a fire/safety trap if it’s not up to code. Same thing with the living quarters he built to house the Wonder Girls. He would have needed permits and stuff verifying the materials were safe, it had emergency exits, and it had stuff like fire extinguishers/sprinklers. Plus what No_Min said.

Although the fact that he built living quarters for WG, instead of ponying up money for actual housing, just reinforces the image in my head of idols as indentured servants lol.

  10. Is it surprising that I heard Wonder Girl’s Like Money on the NYC radio twice this weekend? I was in denial because I thought they were total flops… and why the hell is this guy using office space as housing? You really should not do that.

    • Mte.

Office space used as housing is pretty tacky….. To add to it, it had to be fairly small considering its in NY

      • IKR, besides people who work in the building, if any, must be raising their brows at some girls that live there.
I wish I lived in an office, they are pretty big, compared to my tiny apt.

        • Their brows are probably not the only thing that will raise as soon as they see the girls.

    • I haven’t h

      • Smart phones suck.
I haven’t heard them on the radio but i did see Like Money on MTVhits the other day. It was strange.

    • That’s a corporate push. They aren’t moving units and there’s no buzz.

  11. Is it so difficult to move some rooms upstairs? Damn, this is why YG is the best business man.

  12. In a prime location like that in Manhattan, the fine is probably cheaper than renting the appropriate spaces.

Shit’s gonna go down! KKS is at it again. This will be fucking awesome.

  14. And not a single fuck will be given , oh well if he pays he pays . its not like he will care anyways . he’s spending most of his idols money regardless of how they feel .
side comment : rain is so sexy also lee joon the things i could do to them .
also that Super Junior shit was hilarious . the fans are really something .

  15. Lol. i think thats how much he spends on his watches. That man is bling blinging.

  16. This makes him look cheap. He couldn’t get Wonder Girls a condo or apartment? All that money he has. His ass is cheap.
