Under fire again for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor, former Roo’ra member Go Young Wook explained to the police that a 13-year-old girl got into his car and he did touch her, but only pinched her thigh.
The accusations against Go Young Wook have been investigated, and according to the officer in charge of the case, the former Roo’ra member claimed, “I did pinch her thigh, but I never touched her anywhere else.”
This contradicts earlier statements as he previously claimed that though the minor had entered his car, there was no physical contact.
It was also revealed that the police will decide tomorrow, January 4th KST, whether an arrest warrant will be issued against the celebrity.
So he lied to the police, let a 13-year-old girl into his car, and touched her on the thigh.
This is just what he admits to, and it doesn’t even take into account that three other women, one of them a minor, had accused him of the same crime previously.
Uh … yeah.

But seriously… he seems to get accused of sexual assault just as much as JYJ wanna sue someone. I think it’s so much denying that can be done when the same thing keeps popping up over and over again….. and then lying too? Pfft…

This is in no way the girl’s fault, even if she did get into the car voluntarily. If he did things to her that she did not consent to, then he and only he is at fault for violating her limits and wishes.

Though if that’s what happened, I don’t think it’s victim blaming to encourage women (or anybody, really) to take precautions and to not do things like get into cars with strange men.
Not even rape related, but just because that’s not really a good idea for your well-being.
It’s true that encouraging people to look out for their well-being and safety is important, but saying that the girl is to blame for whatever might have happened to her just because she made a bad decision and got in the car (if that is what happened) is victim blaming. I just wanted to make it clear that blaming her in any way for being sexually assaulted is fucked up.

The sexual assault itself is in no way her fault and his sentence and/or guilt should not be affected by such.
