I’m sure most of you are familiar with the Open World Entertainment scandal by now, and I’ve been covering it since it started because it’s sort of a significant issue given the nature of the entertainment industry. Well, the latest news is ugh-worthy because admitted rapist/CEO Jang Seok Woo now wants the execution of his sentence delayed because he has a family to think about.
His lawyers are asking for a stay of execution/probation because he’s the head of the household for both his family/kids and his aging mother. His daughter is also in shock over the reports of her father in the media and the family is going through trauma. Him being over the age of 50 is also somehow reason enough for the appeal.
God this is pathetic.
He goes from pressuring his accusers to drop the charges to admitting to all charges to getting employees to say he was a nice guy to asking for sympathy.
I can’t imagine any court would lack the common sense to grant him his appeal. At least I hope not.
And to reiterate, he only got 6 YEARS for raping and abusing people. Motherfucker got off light.
Makes me wonder if he ever sexually assaulted his child/children. I’m on the fence about this, only because I feel like he wouldn’t because he knows he could ultimately screw up their lives (even IF his daughter is in shock). And why should it matter if he is the head of the household? Even if some of the groups under his company are nugus, he should still have enough money to get his family through the six years (which is WAYYYYY too short, tbh).

Don’t care about his family throw his ass in jail. He certainly didn’t care about anybody else.
Clearly, that subhuman is clueless about what the victims’ families felt about the whole ordeal. I could hardly give a fuck what his family thinks.
A monster is a monster. And monsters like him need to be put down without hesitation.
