Following Hyolyn being accused of bullying in middle school and the subsequent denials and threats of lawsuit, it was revealed that Hyolyn and her accuser had reached an agreement to settle the issue.
Hyolyn has reached an agreement with the person who claimed to be the victim of school violence perpetrated by the singer. On May 28, a source from Hyolyn’s agency told News1, “After a long conversation, the two sides have reached a peaceful resolution.”
This doesn’t prove anything in itself, but like when this originally emerged, from an optics point of view, it sure seems like Hyolyn paid her off to shut up about it and get the issue out of the news.
