At the ‘Produce 101‘ concert today, a fan reportedly became upset that another fan in front of them had their hair in a bun that limited the visibility of the stage. So the fan did the only thing a rational human would do … uh, pull out a pair of scissors they happened to have with them and cut off the other fan’s hair.

In itself this is amazing and crazy, but what I want to know is what happened afterward that the scissors and hair and all that is just left there.
