A teaser for the remix of Tiffany‘s “I Just Wanna Dance” by Kago Pengchi of SM Entertainment‘s ScreaM Records was put on SoundCloud recently, and it was definitely an improvement over her original effort.
You know how sometimes you fuck around with YouTube’s feature to speed up tracks and think that a song would sound better at like twice the BPM the original is at? Well, in addition to the stronger trance influences that make the instrumental less safe and basic, the more upbeat rhythm to the remix was a vast improvement. Additionally, this just flows a lot better in the English language and I could even see this doing quite well with American audiences.
