FAKY jump on a trend and thrive thanks to execution on “Someday We’ll Know”

FAKY have released the music video for their latest track, “Someday We’ll Know“. The song definitely fits in with the trends in Western pop music, but that doesn’t have to count as a negative.

While I understand that some people are allergic to the EDM trend invading Asian pop music, I still don’t mind it as long as the execution comes along with it. The instrumental on this is aurally pleasing, with a thumping beat during the hook but a light and relaxed feel during the verses. Most importantly, FAKY are generally game to help “Someday We’ll Know” rise above generic with quality execution.

I continue to be generally impressed with FAKY, especially since the four-member lineup debuted.
