Seemingly out of nowhere, YG took to Instagram recently to express sympathy for Lee Hi and promised to give her two comebacks in 2019.
As her fans know by now, her last comeback was in April of 2016 with ‘Seoulite‘, and following that she was reportedly supposed to comeback in September of 2017 and then it was reported she would comeback by the end of 2017. Obviously neither of those happened, and most recently, YG claimed in September of 2018 that she was recording, but nothing further until now.
So we’re going on about 17 months past when she was supposed to comeback originally, but YG sounds adamant this time around, so she’ll probably get at least a digital single released on Christmas with no promotion.
