DIA member Somyi did a broadcast on Instagram Live recently that drew the concern of many fans, as she was seen crying, made disparaging comments about herself, and said the company is trying to prevent her from using social media.
Fans are saying the reason MBK Entertainment banned her is an allegedly disproven rumor that she was clubbing and in a relationship. This explanation is believable to me for the sole reason that MBKE handling controversy poorly is extremely likely.
Regardless of any limit to social media or anything of the sort, the main concern of fans at the moment is obviously for Somyi’s mental health and well being.
Hopefully everything is alright in the end.
