Elkie, now ex-CLC, has contract with Cube terminated by mutual agreement

Elkie is now a former CLC member as her contract with company Cube Entertainment was terminated, according to a company statement. Back in December, she asked for the contract to be ended over lack of payment and support, which she later expounded on in a letter.

The statement was short and terse, saying that a mutual agreement was reached.

Hello. This is Cube Entertainment. We would like to inform you that the exclusive contract with our artist Elkie has been terminated. With this termination, Elkie is now withdrawn from the group CLC. This conclusion follows a mutual agreement between both parties. We extend our gratitude to the fans who had sent love for Elkie. Please wish Elkie the best in her future endeavors. Thank you.

Would love to know what the terms of the mutual agreement were since it would be informative if she actually had anything on them in a lawsuit or if it was mainly just a settlement so she could do what she wants.
