LE SSERAFIM‘s Sakura recently gave an interview to Weverse Magazine about being a gamer and her history with video games, which is worth the read on itself. Unfortunately for fans of the group, there was also some horrifying news included within that came out of the mouth of Sakura herself.
Recommendations for the other LE SSERAFIM members
SAKURA: I want YUNJIN to play Zelda. It’s famous for its beautiful backdrops, and YUNJIN likes nature, so I think it would be a good fit for her. EUNCHAE already plays Overwatch with me, so I’d recommend some FPSes for her. For Zuha, it would be Animal Crossing, no question. (laughs) CHAEWON would probably enjoy something therapeutic, so maybe a cute game like Fall Guys where there’s no guns. There’s also this Nintendo game called Super Mario Party that I’d like all of us to play when we’re hanging out together, especially now that we’re approaching the end of the year.

That quote shows that they haven’t played Mario Party together yet, but she wants that to happen in the near future, ideally by the end of the year. That means, at minimum, disbandment might be coming due to internal conflict within the group. And honestly? Potentially worse when paired with her admitted playing style.

SAKURA: I have my own rules, like, I can’t go to sleep until I win, and, It’s not over until I’m the winner. (laughs) Just one more! Just one more! I need a win so I can quit feeling happy.
Combine the game with that competitive drive, and we might see a member catch a murder charge at some point.
Truthfully, I haven’t actually played Super Mario Party specifically, but if it is anything like the other Mario Party games, well … it was as good run.
