As a part of the ongoing SM Remastering Project, SNSD‘s classic debut “Into The New World” was given the treatment. A rare popular track that not only holds up well but arguably is better appreciated now than back then.
“Into The New World” was always a great debut song, but I can’t say I saw it becoming as significant as it eventually did, serving not only as basically a required cover for generations of girl groups that followed, but also being utilized as a protest song. That’s actual impact.
