Everybody is getting their wish, as Yezi will be releasing “Crazy Dog” on Dec. 11 before making an official solo debut in January.
Great news! The only problem? Uh, San E is featuring on the track, and while I don’t hate him or anything, I don’t think I’ve liked any of his songs that have had a more serious tone in years. San E used to be able to do it, but I’m skeptical of whether he even still can. That worry is amplified ten-fold because “Crazy Dog” is basically Yezi’s brand right now, so you’d think they’d let her go at it alone as it’s her marquee release.
Oh well, either way, the solo debut is off to a promising start with this.
