Nayeon‘s stalker has already caused TWICE to be put into protective custody, caused a mess on their plane, and has had a restraining order filed against him and is having charges pressed against him for that. Now though, JYP Entertainment has filed charges for violation of the Personal Information Protection Act.
Things started when he posted Chaeyoung‘s phone number on Twitter.

LEAKING CHAEYOUNGS PHONE NUMBER
Send this to [email protected] so they can sue him for leaking the girls private informations too
Ps: she changed her phone number, no need to ask him about it. pic.twitter.com/ip6ih34gGj
Chaeyoung then called this behavior out on Instagram.
That was an actionable mistake on the stalker’s part as he’s now facing charges.

Obviously the phone number getting out obviously isn’t good, but I’m hopeful that the more actionable fuckery he takes part in, the easier it’ll be for authorities to find an excuse to take actual action.
