Nicole’s most recent video on her YouTube channel takes us through her process of getting ready for summer via a workout, though I’m not sure she so much needs to get ready for summer as everybody else needs to get ready for her.
Everybody talks about their faves having abs, but most of the time it’s just low body fat. These, on the other hand, are abs. Holy shit.
Also on her YouTube was her trying to reverse engineer her famous Star Golden Bell times.
For as much work as people say she got done, it’s not … like THAT much.
