NouerA, the group formed as a result of the perhaps all-too-aptly-named survival show Make Mate 1, recently held their first anniversary fanmeeting. At the event, they held a ‘Going Home Fairy’ raffle where the reward was a member takes a fan home in a taxi as a one-on-one date.
The fan who won the Yuseop raffle documented the whole experience, and the one who won the Lin one provided videos as well.

A lot of the reactions are mostly jealousy from fellow fans, but … this is like one degree removed from companies turning their idols into escorts, right? I mean there’s obviously always been a parasocial element to this, but this is definitely pretty close to a company just auctioning off their idol to the highest bidder as an “event” or something in the near future.
And that’s entirely ignoring any safety concerns if they got paired with some random psycho.
Asian Junkie Asian pop. Without discretion.
