Well, that was quick.
As people waited to see how a mere remake of a second-gen classic by RESCENE would do on actual music charts instead of just getting views for YouTube variety stuff, the fans that made RESCENE endlessly viral responded by pushing “Love Attack” to #1 on Melon, charting “Pretty Girl” at #4, and also charting three of their other songs (“Deja Vu“, “Runaway“, “Pinball“) in the Top 100.
As a result, the members logged on in the middle of the night to celebrate with their fans, and they teared up while talking about the achievement.
And that makes this as good a time as any to feature Woni dropping a bar that’ll launch a thousand edits.

As I said before, using their newfound fame to promote KARA to the masses is a wonderful thing for them to do, and I’m not sure why I didn’t expect it, but they ended up getting Nicole to perform with them on M COUNTDOWN stage.
I’m mostly glad these kind of details are happening from an entertainment perspective cause it’s fun, but it also seems to indicate their CEO might have a clue of what people (me) want, and that bodes well for the big picture.
I hope they bring one KARA member on stage each time, screw it.
What a ride, man.
Asian Junkie Asian pop. Without discretion.
