IVE have thankfully included a trip to Dingo Music‘s Killing Voice as a part of their recent promotions, resulting in a pretty massive 16-song medley being performed, covering their careers basically from start to finish. Said medley went “LOVE DIVE“, “ELEVEN“, “After LIKE“, “ATTITUDE“, “Kitsch“, “Off The Record“, “Blue Blood“, “ROYAL“, “Hypnosis“, “I AM“, “REBEL HEART“, “Accendio“, “HEYA“, “BANG BANG“, “BLACKHOLE“, and “Shine With Me” for a 23-minute set.
The entire time leading up to it, I was wondering if they were gonna do anything during “ELEVEN” as the counting part is basically just designed for the 6-7 meme, and … well:

lol
Overall, this was a reminder that even though I’m among those who hasn’t been as enamored with some of their biggest hits (which is every song nowadays, really), they still have more than enough strength to their discography to make a medley like this extremely easy to get into. It’s definitely nice to have a group that you know will be remembered for their musical output in the future — not unlike how we look back at second gen now — as that’s becoming less and less of a guarantee these days, quite frankly.
Asian Junkie Asian pop. Without discretion.
