Episode 9 starts right where we left off, right after the eliminations of Episode 7. As the newly freed idols shuffle backstage, they receive flowers and letters from... themselves. MNet provides us with a heartfelt farewell to the five eliminated contestants, which was done right away and without wasting a week of time.

We are LIVE! And people are going to DIE be eliminated! But also, a live broadcasted episode means less content to cover, as we'll probably be spending 20% of the showtime waiting for Taeyeon to reveal the results only to cut to commercial break. I'm ok with this.

Yeah this one wasn't a very interesting one. Predictable results, unpolished stage performances, no character development and no memes, this episode felt like one great-but-not-legendary performance and a whole lot of wasted time. I couldn't believe two hours had passed at the end of it all.
