Perfume drop “Flash”, show skills with illuminated bo that make Donatello jealous

When Perfume dropped the short version of “Flash“, I was mega salty cause I didn’t get to witness the music video in its full glory. Thankfully, now everybody gets to indulge, as the whole thing is up on YouTube.

Compared to their past songs, “Flash” was sort of a letdown, musically. There wasn’t a lot of latch onto in terms of a hook, and the instrumental itself resembled more background noise than anything interesting.

Thankfully then, Perfume always finds a way to make some part of what they do entertaining, and the music video expanded the kung-fu choreography to include a dance with illuminated versions of the weapon that Donatello uses (bo).

Worth it just for that.
