KEEMBO’s “Scandalous” deserved to be at least a mini-hit, and it has held up over time. Where are all the people who say they stan talent? Weird.
Their follow-up with “99” is not quite up to that standard, but it is a well-executed, brainless summer cruising hit and I can appreciate the fun of it.
