Nana’s armed robber sentenced to 7 years plus the ass-kicking by her personally, as her self-defense gets affirmed

The perpetrator who broke into the home of Nana and assaulted her mother has been found guilty and sentenced by the court to seven years in prison on charges of robbery with bodily injury.

The court affirmed that the perpetrator had used a weapon during the crime, part due to victim testimony, but also amusingly because he had searched for information about the punishment for doing so. Explaining the decision, the court stated, “The victims are reporting severe mental and physical distress and are requesting a stern punishment. As this is a serious crime that violated the peace of a residence, it is necessary to hold the defendant strictly accountable. … Considering the gravity of the crime, in which the defendant broke into a private home at night while armed with a weapon, a punishment commensurate with his actions is necessary.”

The court also ruled that the injuries the perpetrator suffered were a result of Nana acting in self-defense, which thankfully meant his shameless ploy to paint himself as a victim of her was rejected. She had filed a false accusation lawsuit against him in regards to that, so hopefully she wins that case as well.

For her part, Nana has declared on Instagram Stories in response to the ruling that she won’t forgive the perpetrator, “Who is the victim here? … There have been multiple trials because of the criminal. Six public hearings and one sentencing hearing today, a total of seven. He consistently changed his testimony and lied. There is no remorse from the criminal…. There is no forgiveness.“
