Hello once again, RESCENE Junkie here yet again with an especially joyous announcement as the group are using their newfound viral fame to promote KARA, which is like a gambit to appeal to me directly. I am pandered to.
Specifically, they’ll be remaking “Pretty Girl” for release on July 8.

The only thing that could make this better is if they also reenact Seungyeon shoving Nicole out of the way.
It isn’t my favorite KARA song, but it is one that has a lot of viral potential and is probably the best if they are going to lean further into the gyaru stuff.

Meanwhile, following their gyaru dance practice version of “LOVE ATTACK”, they actually performed it on a special stage on M COUNTDOWN after it entered the Top 5 on Melon.
They’ve also appeared on Mijoo’s channel and MMTG with Jaejae, and then John Park’s channel is also done by Solfa, who made a cameo in the longer video, who did his own version of “LOVE ATTACK”.

As far as other stuff going on, they started to get recognized while filming content, they have got ad deals — and perhaps just as importantly, are being used in ads without permission — and their memes have gone mainstream.
