88Rising is having an online concert livestreamed on their Twitter account on May 6 at 9 PM EST called ASIA RISING FOREVER, and they’ve recruited quite a wide array of talent.
The lineup includes CLC, HYUKOH, Kang Daniel, and Lim Kim, along with Alextbh, Audrey Nuna, Beabadoobee, Dumbfoundead, Iñigo Pascual, Josh Pan, Keshi, Luna Li, mxmtoon, Niki, No Vacation, Phum Viphurit, Rich Brian, Stephanie Poetri, Suboi, Umi, Yuna, and 9M88.
As far as I can tell the concert is free (or I’m not sure how they charge for it on Twitter), and perhaps most importantly … Kang Daniel will dance battle with Rich Brian.
In this online concert which will transcend time and space, Kang Daniel and Rich Brian are expected to catch everyone’s attention in this dance battle (it will be held through split screens). The comedic battle, which made everyone laugh, has been filmed in advance. The concert where you will be able to see Kang Daniel and Rich Brian face off in their first dance battle, “Asia Rising Forever,” will be streamed on 88rising’s YouTube and Twitter on May 7th 10 AM KST. Korean American rapper Dumbfoundead will be hosting the concert for 3 hours.
If the point of revealing this was to get me to tune in just to see a potentially glorious moment or 10, then they’ve won.
