Fu Yaning says viral diss of CLC’s Yujin on ‘Girls Planet 999’ was scripted by Mnet

Girls Planet 999 contestant Fu Yaning revealed in a recent interview that her viral moment of dissing CLC’s Yujin was scripted by Mnet staff.

According to the revealed interview snippet, she claims that the staff of the show made her say the words that brought up the famous “We Go Up” controversy from the first episode of the show. She also says Mnet edited to make the situation and atmosphere worse while Yujin and Fu Yaning maintained a good relationship throughout the show in reality.

While she has incentive to downplay the incident, the two have seemingly got on fine since then and it’s basically impossible to doubt any allegation of an Mnet show doing something shady or fake to drum up attention.
